Gajar ka Halwa

Ingredients:


  • carrots 1 kg (grind)

    milk 1 ltr

    sugar 1 cup

    koya half cup

    cardamom 2

    ghee 1 cup

    alminds, pista, kaju half cup
 

Method:


  1. first let the ghee be hot n put the grind carrots after some time make sure that the carrots are a little bit soft after that put the milk and in carrots and let it boiled after that add sugar when you feels that the milk has dissapeared now add koya in it and let it be cooked for 10 min and add cardamom with almonda, kaju, pista, and silver foil u have a wonderful gajar ka halwa u can enjoy it in rainy weather
