Ingredient:
- 8 Boneless chicken thighs
8 Tbls. Tika paste
8 Tbls. plain yogourt

Directions
Combine Tika paste and yogourt and mix thoroughly. Level of spiciness can be reduced by increasing proportion of yogourt. Soak each chicken piece thoroughly and place in lightly greased, low Corning dish. Cook at 375 F for 40 minutes
