Ingredients:
- 1/2 chicken boneless (cut in cubes)
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 2 big tomatoes
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- 2 green chilies (slit in half)
- 3-4 whole dried red chilies
- 1 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red chilies
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp grated ginger

Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add onion and fry until it turns golden.
- Then add ginger/garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, red chilies, turmeric powder and cool it for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken cubes and stir again for 5 minutes.
- Add cream, chopped green chilies and stir more.
For tarka heat one-tablespoon ghee in a separate pan and put whole dried red chilies and add to the chicken.
Garnish with coriander, green chilies and grated ginger. Serve hot.
